Custom WordPress + booking engine for tour packages across Morocco — itineraries with day-by-day breakdowns, pricing tiers (group / private / VIP), and a checkout that takes deposit + balance with travel-date awareness.

The problem

The agency was losing bookings because their existing site listed packages as flat pages — no live availability, no transparent pricing tiers, no way to pay a deposit online.

The approach

WordPress for content + a custom booking engine plugin. Each package has a configurable itinerary, multi-tier pricing, and travel-date-aware availability. Stripe for deposit + balance, currency switcher for international travellers.

The outcome

First-session booking rate up 3.1×. Average response-to-payment time dropped from 4 days (email back-and-forth) to 12 minutes (direct online checkout).
