Built directly on the Figma prototype, this WordPress + headless build pairs a content-managed CMS with a fast Next.js storefront for digital products and workshop tickets.

The problem

Alice wanted to keep editing posts and pages herself but needed the speed and feel of a custom-coded site. Off-the-shelf themes were too generic.

The approach

WordPress as a headless CMS, fronted by a Next.js site that pulls content via the WP REST API. Cached at the edge so editors see updates instantly while readers get sub-second loads.

The outcome

Lighthouse 98 on mobile, time-on-page tripled, and email list grew 2.4× in the first quarter — with Alice still editing every post herself in the WP admin.
